   Fantastic experience. One of those traditional garages worth seeking out for their outstanding service and old-fashioned values of genuine customer care. I brought my car in for routine maintenance (carried-out perfectly and cleaned beautifully) and ended up buying a new one. Everyone in their team was welcoming, friendly and polite - not pushy at all. Mikey McVeigh is a star - a very knowledgeable, helpful and professional person who took great care to ensure I had everything I needed to make my decision on a new Fiat 600. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble, and the advice and information given was accurate, well explained and honest - and based exactly on my needs which had been precisely listened to and understood. Four other Fiat dealerships are closer to where I live, but honestly it was worth every minute of the hour's drive to visit Grays of Warwick instead. I'm glad I did, and I'd recommend them to everyone.

   We had outstanding service from grays when we recently bought a new fiat 600. There was no pressure on our first visit and were able to have a good unaccompanied test drive to confirm our choice. We dealt mainly with Mikey, who was brilliant and Chris who was very helpful. Mikey gave us a really thorough handover which we highly appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend this company!
