PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! I came in for a MOT. It came back that it had failed due to a few exhaust problems. I said okay and they stated the price to fix that damages. They quoted me 730 GREAT BRITISH POUNDS. I was in complete shock but I had a gut feeling this wasn’t right. I walked back to collect my car only to be greeted by their smug faces. I said I’m going to my private mechanic and one guy tried to fear monger me about driving without an MOT. He thought I was stupid but I already had my pervious MOT that was still valid. My mechanic fixed the issues within a couple of hours and quoted me £290, a fraction of what these lot said. I never went back to get my MOT redone by them because they are not to be trusted!!! I hate when places like this think to rip you off because you are a young girl who probably doesn’t know a lot about cars. Well weren’t they wrong!!!!

Absolutely rubbish. Asked to do tracking. Simple thing. They said it will complete in about 25 minutes. Takes about hour. On the way back can was even worse. Pooling to the right bedly. I returned the car to the garage. Explain it. With unhappy faces they start correction, but without the sensors., by eye and short drive test. Cowboy method. I believe what they did. Turned left wheel to the left without touching the wright. Didn't sorted the problem. Asked me to pay a bill £50. Have to go now to another garage sorted the problem. Because with the speed 70miles have a vibration. That's because wheel's not straight. Tarmac grinding the tyres.

Used them a few times over the years without issue. On my most recent visit they seemed more interested in selling me brakes and rear suspension, than doing the job properly. Car was MOTd 3 weeks ago. No advisories for anything. Tyres fitted fine...Alignment adjusted. Had to go back as it wasn't done correctly...even though I'd told him while he was doing it that I can see the steering wheel is off. Called to have it redone...guy on phone told me that my track rod ends need changing....without seeing the car. Total contrast to my last visit when the guy had to put some serious effort in to sorting my wifes car.

HI attended my appointment at the FORMULA ONE AUTOCENTRE IN COVENTRY ON THE 3RD OF OCTOBER, I arrived as requested on my online booking 15 minutes early and booked in with a FEW REQUESTS, as follows 1. Please do not damage my wheels, 2. The wheels have TPMS sensors.Be carefully. 3. Please ensure the the wheels be replaced to the same location on the car original corner. 4. Refit the center caps in the correct orientation to line the SUZUKI S be inline with the tyre valve. 5. Please relocate the locking wheel nut opposite the tyre valve. 6 please retorque the wheel nuts to 80lbs. 7. Don't use an impact gun to tighten the wheel nuts and locking nut up. The young man behind the desk took my notes down and I handed my keys over and I was told that there was another vehicle being worked on and that mine would be next, from there I was directed into a very dimly lit waiting room where another customer was seated and I took a seat next to the Viewing window. Having spent 45years in the motor trade most of which was dealership based as a senior mastertec technician I have replaced 1000s of tyres for customers for mots or servicing ect ,I found the work ethic of the 4 or 5 staff shocking, The vehicle before me was not being worked on as nearly all of the staff were on there mobile phones, eventually they reversed the other car out and mine was driven in and onto the ramp, (No sign of any seat cover was fitted). From there another 15 minutes passed without anyone touching my car , my locking wheel nut key was in the center console drinks pocked which I had told the lad on the desk it's location so I know they weren't looking for it, eventually my car was raised and 2 technician started to replace my tyres which took about 20 to 30 minutes. The previous day I had removed all my wheels and totally cleaned the inner rims of my wheels so that the adhesive weights would stick and not fall off if stuck onto old brake dust, so that was a time saver for them, After the tyre where fitted ,inflated and balanced the wheel and tyre assembly was refitted to my car, from there it was another 10 to 15 minutes before the car was lowered to the ground and a technician retorqued my wheels to I hope the correct torque, from there another 10 to 15 minutes before my car was reversed out and parked up, the keys were handed back to me and I asked if anything to sign and he said, "no nothing, you will receive an email". I walked out to my car to find all of the tpms warning light s on , I know the car has to be driven to reset this issue but the dispy was showing both front tyres were under inflated I returned to the reception and asked how much pressure was added to my tyre and was told 32psi, it was my fault I should have told them to inflate my tyres to 42psi as is the setting for eco driving , from there he took my car back into the workshop and my car spend at least another 15 mins to inflate the tyres to my requested pressure, I feel that if the staff there was to spend less time on there phones and standing around chatting along with showing friends around the facility , and more time working I could gave been in and out of the workshop in well under an hour, its a shame realy from a FORMULA ONE AUTOCENTER ,I would of expected a faster service, its a good job that my car was the only vehicle being worked on apart from a car in the corner on a ramp, Poor show realy but excellent tyre prices

Jason and the team kept me updated through the whole process of my vehicle being repaired. They explained everything to me and cannot fault them. The garage is clean and tidy and they look after your vehicle as if it was their own, would highly recommend this garage and will be back again in the future.

Booked in for an MOT Test which unfortunately failed. Quoted a fair price for the repair and we were back on the road within 24 hours. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and do all they can to help with costs and speed of repair.

Avoid avoid avoid, damaged my partners car when it was in for an MOT and will not even answer the phone to support in getting it fixed. The car has been off the road for 2 weeks now and all they keep saying is I'll ring you back. Horrific, do not go here!

Excellent service with a waiting area featuring a viewing glass of the work shop. They are competitive on price, however be wary of the prices quoted for Services, as if you need a particular oil ( which many cars do) they can surprise you with significant extra charges for the oil, even for basic engine types.
