Went here yesterday to see if they had a certain item. The woman staff member (older grey haired) looked unhappy and miserable when I asked her about a certain item.. This place doesn't feel welcoming and I walked out after 2 mins...

BEWARE of the price for gold as this COMPANY paying a pittance.. an absolute disgrace currently paying 20 a gram for 9 kt… when it’s true value is around the 28.50.. MAKING A FORTUNE OUT OF PEOPLES MISFORTUNE.. THEY ALSO TAKE YOUR ITEM AWAY FROM VIEW AND MARK THE GOLD…
My phone broke so popped into this branch to replace it. Dealt with a geezer named Haz who sourced me a phone from in store with specs almost identical to my previous damaged phone but with added features. Needless to say I'm very happy with the phone and the service in store was very professional. Would highly recommend these guys
Used to love this shop for a good bargain but there just rip-offs like cex now. Xbox One series x £550 when there £450 new and in stock in most places. Disgraceful

My girlfriend's vape broke today becuase it got dropped. We didnt know this at the point of entering the shop. Mike assisted with having a look at the vape. I brought a new vape from Mike but OMG the service he provided was better than anything I ever received. He treated me like I was his best friend. Best service ever in my 34 years of purchases. Thank you Mike.
Buying experience is okay but selling is very hit and miss. When selling a GoPro Staff didn’t seem to be knowledgeable of the product and offered 50% less than CEX. However when selling a iPhone 6S I was offered £5 more than CEX but the phone was barely checked. The phone was turned on, volume keys checked and turned off. No checking for water damage or screen burn this slightly put me off buying from them again as items don’t seem to be checked as well as CEX.
Never going in here again the customer service is very poor, I brought a desktop computer from here for £130, at first they said that it was only the little tower box for the price, no monitor, keyboard or mouse, as soon as i said i wanted my money back they soon magically appeared with all 3 to go with it, when I got home they had re installed windows 10 on the HP pro-desk and the sound didn't work, so I had to re install windows and get a Wifi adapter for the Internet that cost me more money. If anyone had any other option don't buy from here !!!
