I had to pick up wiper blades. The gentleman was very helpful as I had no idea which one's I needed. The gentleman also offered to fit the wiper blades. I would definitely recommend this store. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

I had a problem with my leisure battery that was fitted so tight nobody wanted to change. Keith & Frank said bring the camper down and we will have a look. 30 minutes later i have a well priced battery fitted and everything is working great. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants good service at a good price.
I have been coming to this place for years, and i have never had any trouble here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a massive range of car parts. What I love best about this place is their refusal to upwell, and will instead suggest cheaper alternatives. I wanted to replace my CD and radio player a while back, and have it so I could connect to my phone. Rather than me having to spend a LOT for a new unit, they suggested a blue tooth adaptor that plugs straight in to the cigarette lighter, at a fraction of the cost. Today I had to replace a broken wing mirror. They assessed it, and determined I only needed to stick a replacement mirror on the broken glass; everything else was fine. In the past, they've replaced light bulbs (including halogen) for just the cost of the bulb; no fitting charge. I have recommended this place to numerous people, as they have a fantastic work ethics, which they prize above how much they charge.
The lovely man from auto Pitt stop, Jubilee Crescent, Coventry, spent a lot of time and effort trying to fit a part for me. He had to stop in the end as the car wasn’t playing ball! He apologised as though it was his fault. This was a free fitting, he left his shop and tried for a long time. He was so friendly and professional,I would recommend this shop and service without hesitation. I haven’t had such good service for a very long time. A big thank you.
Called in the morning after looking online and asked for a quote for my suzuki swift, price was £35 cheaper than anywhere else including fitting, fitted straight away with fantastic customer service. This is why it pays to support your local business. Highly recommended
