The staff are always helpful. If you order on the phone, the orders are ready within a few minutes. Just wish more stores were like this! The only thing that could be slightly improved is the search tool on the website, which could be made more user-friendly. The last 4 years have been very stressful due to a large house project . Well done and Thank you Toolstation for delivering, especially the staff at Tile Hill, Coventry.

I've been to this spesific store a few times and each time the staff have been so helpful and patient. The place has been clean with good social distancing everytime. Will definitely be back here again.
