By far the best branch in the west midlands! When you get there they actually have your order picked and ready to go, unlike other stores that send the notification but then make you wait while they pick it when you arrive. Well done, this is my new favourite branch!
Went to Screwfix Binley tonight just before closing and was a bit cheeky really as I wanted 15 bags of floor levelling compound. The fella who helped us, Mark, was super helpful and gave us good advice on making sure we have enough, saying we can always return whatever we don't use. Had a nice little chat in the car park whilst hoiking bags into the boot of the car and he gave us a cheery farewell. It's really nice to deal with someone who understands what it's like to graft away on a project late into the evening. Thanks again Mark. Top bloke.
Really helpful man at the desk who went beyond the call of his job to help I had made the screw too tight in a wardrobe door hinge and try as I might, I could not get it out. I tried everything and I'm fairly strong. So my mum and I decided that we needed to get a new set identical to the ones we had. My mum went in with the type of hinge we needed but unfortunately screwfix didn't sell them. However, the man behind the desk asked my mum for the hinge and managed to get the screw out for us. He didn't have to do that, he could have persuaded us to buy a completely different set. He was very helpful saved us money. I don't think I would have got that kind of service at B&Q.
