   We have just visited Currys at the Airport Retail Park and purchased an IPad for a birthday present. We were served by a young lad called Danny who helped us a lot. He knew a lot of information and was very professional. Absolutely brilliant employee. Well done Danny!

   Don’t get scammed this Boxing Day by PCWorld I bought these for my daughter they didn’t work so I exchanged them like for like. Guess what they put the price up by 25% and expected me to pay the extra because their product was faulty. Worse still the manager thought it was justified. Martin Lewis would love to know your thoughts. I hope to get a response back from Pcworld with some logic, but please don’t get scammed they have put up their prices to get more of your money!! #PCWorld #scam #DisgustingBehaviour

   I cannot thank Jamal and Dan enough for their help when we were in store last week. They went above and beyond to help us find speakers (it was an emergency as we needed this for a demo at the NEC). It was a Friday night and it went past 8pm the time they close, and they insisted on helping us until we were able to find a set that connected to our microphone. I never leave reviews but I had to go out of my way to leave this, as they honestly couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Thank you so much again!! You’re the best!

   Went to collect my 'available in store' item, which was only actually available to pick up two days after I ordered it. To be told they couldn't elease it as their systems were down, they also couldn't cancel it for me either. I was informed that they had no idea when the system would be back up and running but could be anything between 48 and 72 hours. No offer of a number to call to save another wasted journey or any information about how to cancel the order. I will definitely be cancelling my order. Maybe a notice on entering the store would've been helpful?

   Came in to purchase a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tv, hoover and monitor after purchasing my first home and Ali was so helpful, he advised on the size of the TV for our room and the better fridge/freezer with better specs which was even a lower price than the one I wanted as it was on offer at the time, rung it all up, arranged for me to pick up the ones i could take home there and then and for the large appliances to be installed the very next morning, and talked me through the curry’s flexpay as it was such a large order in one go. He was really knowledgeable and helpful and this was much appreciated during such a big and important purchase. It did seem as though a few of his colleagues were a little impatient with how much time he spent with myself and my partner sorting out our purchase which wasn’t a good look for them, I understand there may have been other things to do too but I think Ali’s customer service needs to be valued more given how much he assisted us and how much we were purchasing. Ali is a credit to curry’s and i really hope he gets some recognition for his work as we couldn’t have done it without his help!

   Rubbish. Needed a simple power supply for a monitor urgently. Was helpfully told by a staff member, 'We don't sell.those sort of things here, try screwfix!' What's the matter with electrical retailers these days...ok. if I want to buy an overpriced smart TV at 30% plus interest then that's fine, but, please please, whatever happened to customer aftercare?

   Went in to collect a microwave combi oven I'd bought online. Bit of an odd...click on the button when you arrive app to add you to queue. I was number one so no queue. Told to go to front of store to collect...a bit vague in such a large store! Even vaguer when it turns out collections aren't at collections and returns as marked on wall...turning right after entering, but actually at pay here...turn left! All in all efficient but poor instructions.

   I am not really happy buying product from here, I know 99% like to shop here but i think even 1% matters , Well its long story i will to explain Bought Washing Machine and Fridge other stuff. Issue : Unfortunately its turns out that washing machine Inlet and Outlet hose are too short and was not reaching to main water supply Solution from Curry : Just Simple sorry we can't do anything as its standard size and comes with machine. which makes sense to me but it does not resolve the issue when I approached Bosch company they say they don't extended hose and its curry responsibility to make standard size fitting in kitchen, and Curry team says that use extended hose from local shop - when i am okay for this and asked does it still cover in guarantee Curry response is sorry we don't know. its frustrating to first of all getting in touch with Curry help desk as its takes ages to connect and in Bosch service centre as well every head tells different things , really i am extremely disappointment with service. The main issue i see here is no one is interested to resolve issue i am happy to buy extension but just needs in writing from both parties (Bosch and Curry ), anyways i have sent an email myself i am awaiting for response.

   Had a look in there at a phone can back to buy it the next day as it was there on display. So after wait ING 10mins to get served, I find out it's not in stock and not available for resale so a wasted journey. Why display stuff you don't sell and waste peoples time.

   Needed a new washing machine, a chap called Andrew Miles was brilliant and knew his stuff alright. Also got payment and credit sorted out really quickly considering how involved the process was. Will definitely be going back there again.
