   Great staff! The customer service here is second to none. The staff here are personable and friendly and go above and beyond to help and advise you. I purchased a couple of items here to later find they were not suitable, the staff accepted them back even the items were removed from the packaging. It helps if you have an account with them because the receipts will be printed and digital. I will come directly here from now on, instead of going to a nearby and closer discount store that sells all sorts of things such as home/garden/pets and toiletries etc. It is very useful that you do a stock check online too. If an item is out of stock, I was told it can be ordered and be COULD possibly be at the store by lunchtime the next day. I will come here again because of the specialist items that are sold, when it comes to tools, you would want them straightaway for a DIY job being undertaken, rather than buying online and waiting for delivery.

   3 tills there and but only one till I can order. Another 2 tills only online order click collect. He can't serving me. Even no customer there and He just standing. Waiting with my 2 years old son order 1 A silicone 15 minutes.

   Rather small Screwfix but great for click and collect. Staff were super helpful as I had a return for a purchase from a different store. This was dealt with quickly and without any hassle. A special mention to the duty manager Kaash who went out his way to help. Highly recommend great service at a great price.
