   I have been using these folks for the past couple of years. The name may have changed but the staff have been brilliant. From the office staff to the driver. The professional approach If they said they will deliver on a day its there. So, I'm not a trader but a DIY guy finishing of his property. I'm hoping after the name change, more trader's will buy from this company and keep them in business.

   Got a sheet of MDF for a DIY wall panelling. Much cheaper than these kits at the big stores. I went with the dimensions and cuts. The Person who dealt with me was super helpful and knowledgeable. They also did the cuts for me and even gave me any excess material left over.

   I went to the timber yard as I wanted to create some shelves in my cupboard that was full of junk I went with my measurement and the young man in the shop helped me with my order I then went down to the yard and the gents in the yard cut the wood to size and the. helped me with the wood into my car (the wood / shelves fitted perfectly) I can only say I had a fantastic service from all of the staff in this company and as a single female they made me feel comfortable and welcome and i would definitely recommend.

   Not a regular customer at Coventry Timber Products. Thought I'd give them a try as I was passing. Enquired about some products but was a bit put off by what seemed like a high price, sales staff informed me they had increased the price of the product in question due to recent high demand v supply??..bit disappointed..went back to my usual supplier and paid my usual price (25% less). Apart from that it seems like they stock a good range of products and friendly staff.

   I dealt with this company a few years ago when I bought a few timber products. The staff was very nice and professional, so my experience was fully positive. As I was over £5 short, they asked me to bring it next day which I did. So, in general, their service was above my expectations.
