   Not the best customer service. The person at the till doesn't have a clue about what the products or functionality. I was expecting some guidance and advice on what is the most suitable product for the specific work that I required. However, for my surprise what the person did was just, turn the monitor and ask me what to write on the Screwfix browser. Anyway, I was expecting more from such us famous brand. Hope is not the same everywhere.

   During the past year the cars have not been off the drive much, so when one of their batteries gave up the ghost along with the battery charger, one or the other had to be replaced. Ordered a battery booster pack using click and collect, recieved the confirmation of order, another when it was in stock. Collected it and charged it for 24hours, connected to the car as per instructions and first turn of the key it fired up. Have no complaints of the goods or service.

   We needed to return an order and collect an order. Overall we were in the store for over 30 minutes, the service was so slow. During this time we heard the staff (all young girls and lads) make fun of a couple of customers for various reasons after they left. This was done loudly and in front of other customers. It was uncomfortable to listen to and very disrespectful.
