Brilliant as always. The reason why I drive past my local ScrewFix is because regardless of whoever serves me at Toolstation, the person always knows what they're talking about, they don't get impatient with customers that don't, and they're never in a rush to sell you something to get you out the door! Perfect customer service every time.

I always buy in this particular branch. Even if another one is available in my area. Here I get a great service. Even when queues are long they try their best to serve you as quickly as possible. Most items are in stock. And if they're not staff is more than happy to help ordering it for next day collection or home delivery.
