   No stock so ordered for following day went over to get my order and I couldn't have it because the "computers were down" please you could have gone in the back and picked the order up and entered the number the next day. I mean how many times do you think people will return before giving up and going to tool station.

   Bunch of wasters. There's nearly always someone standing by the door pointlessly asking how you ordered whilst there's a big queue and not enough people serving. Go to Toolstation instead, faster service and the staff are more friendly.
