   After bad experience on another store, went to this one looking for fences. The staff member was very kind and helped to get order done and get them delivered quickly. Good price, good availability for delivery and excellent staff. Just little bit hidden. Will come often.

   Not nice. Today I have seen male staff members laugh at a female member fall over a broom that was on the floor. After waiting over one hour to be tipped I got tipped in an rushed way. Hope not to go there again.

   I've always had a good, friendly service from Buildbase when ordering, but this time I was delighted with the delivery too. It wasn't a big delivery, in fact probably small compared to most customers, but I was expecting a curbside delivery as it was heavy and bulky and I wouldn't be home. However the driver (Neil ?) stacked my items, away from "prying eyes" and very close to where it is needed, making life so much easier. So thank you.

   Can't speak for all staff or there products but certain staff outdoors are plain arrogant and have a attitude problem and wer no help what so ever, I ended up elsewhere spending my money for my full garden and bathroom renovation... there loss
