Went here for a kitchen and was a slight mix up but was seen to by myesha who was really helpful and very quick and very good as she works in the kitchen sales but was helping me out on the trade side, I would recommend to be seen to her as she’s right to the point and gets you on your way in no time

Went here for cad drawings and to get ideas on kitchens. Peter who served us in the showroom was very rude and arrogant towards me, he has left me feeling very disheartened about my kitchen. I will certainly not be returning, I feel disgusted in how I was treated however other staff seemed friendly. I may have just been unfortunate to be served by this staff member.
I would give a 0 star if it gave me the option to do so. My wife and I went in for a kitchen appointment when the sales adviser Miso Petrovic refused to do a design unless we were going to purchase that day. He said "You've already got designs from Wickes and B&Q, I don't want to waste your time or mine if your not going to buy today." He was a sleazy sales person personified. No understanding of customer service or how to treat customers at all.
Good quality kitchens and a nice planning process however a word of caution if using their fitting service nail down a cost of this right from the start as costs can and will very quickly spiral upwards with what seems a very untransparent pricing policy. Advice would definately be to get any required electrical work done through an independent electrician unless you are happy to pay Magnet £90.00 to plug an appliance into the wall socket !!!
Magnet was very good. No fuss just straight to the point. Listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us what we didn't want.

Booked a time slot to visit but no one was at the door when we arrived so we were able to walk in...as did others who wanted to browse and had not pre booked. That was the only issue really. Molly was extremely helpful and patient in terms of a draft kitchen plan.
