I visited the Leamington Spa branch - they were courteous, pleasant and patient. They focussed on the customer giving them their full attention. As some you with little technical knowledge they were very helpful without being patronising. They were a credit to your organisation.

I was looking for tiles for my bathroom, and flooring for the bathroom and porch. I visited the store several times before making my choice. The bathroom floor tile was discontinued and the store had none but Megan found a store that had some in stock (sorry if I got your name wrong, my memory is a bit rubbish!) The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were all knowledgeable and friendly and I can't recommend Topps Tiles highly enough. Thank you!
