   My grandma loves shopping here however i find the staff incredibly rude and awkward here. There is a youngish man with glasses and a beard who everytime i come shopping with my grandma i find thay hes always glancing over rudely as if i shouldn't be in the shop and his mannerisms are rude as well. Especially yesterday when it was extremely busy on the tills and they only had two self checkouts open and he was just stood there not bothered at all. Next time i go in i will be finding out his name to make a formal complaint regarding his attitude

   Good range if products and keen prices. The tealights and candles are especially good value. Only negative is there aren't enough staffed tills for customers who don't want self service.

   I flagged down a young man to price check a halloween treat jar. He told me he was deaf. He went to check the price for me and he supported me despite my rusty and poor sign language skills. I was so impressed with Wilko for the diversity. He was good at his job, pilote, quick and always busy so they chose well. I then was served by Tracey who was also efficient and kind and hard working as she was the only one on the till. I was impressed with a few items and a selection of bike and d.i.y items so i will be back !

   It's nice place to shop and buy things for your home. Good thing is shopping bags are only 10p and they have great quality, so you can use them multiple times easily. Products in the shop are great too, but only problem is restocking and number of items in the shop. As a student, I had hard time finding duvet or kitchen utilities as these were necessary for me. They were becoming out of stock very fast restocking would take some time, however, other than that, you can find most of your needed tools and products for your home.

   Friendly and helpful staff. The store is fantastic. I have walking difficulties and normally use a shopping trolley to get around the store. Unfortunately, being in close proximity to Warwick University, all the stores trolleys have gone to the university. They have helped students to get their shopping to their accommodation. If those students read this please bring them back as I am not the only person living in Coventry who visits this store and uses a trolley to help them get around the store.
