I have spoken to a number of different people there, depending on what my question has been. I actually get to speak to the designer in person, if I need to, or if it’s not such a specific question, one of the other phone operatives will answer fully. It’s absolutely astonishing and really very life affirming, to know there is still a company like this which seems to genuinely care an awful lot about their customers. Thank you, 10/10.”

“WOW excellent customer journey from my first phone call with Peter, to deciding which wood lathe to get in store with Jay. They say retail is all about the experience these days and if the case then Axminster Nuneaton have got it right. We've returned to store today to have some lathe training, because a two hour 'how to' session was included with the lathe. Fantastic news because it covers all the introduction skills to get you up and running, including safety. On site in the store workshop. My son will get a chance to try different tools before choosing what he needs in store, so we'll only end up with things that work for you :) They also run demonstrations, there's one this Saturday on making a resin and wood river table. Brilliant store, brilliant team.”

“Absolutely first class. I had a problem with a constantly running old Bristan classic tap. I went to my local plumbing merchant who told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc etc etc. Being a bit sceptical I went to these guys for a second opinion as I really don't know much about taps at all. I showed to sales guy a photo of the tap and he instantly told me what I needed to do and gave me two washers to complete the job. Within 5 minutes or getting home the tap was fixed. Thank you so much, wished I had got your name but good to know there are knowledgeable and honest people out there unlike the first place I visited. Thank you!”
