   We've been purchasing from screwfix for years. But this specific store has completely changed our relationship with Screwfix. The team, Cheryl, Sarah, Ben and Mandy among many others havr been a valuable asset to our business. Helping with excellent product knowledge. They have helped with our ability to deliver for customers no end. We would be lost without them. Their care and attention to detail is excellent, and from our experience of visiting around 30 different Screwfix stores a year are second to none.

   I just nipped in to get some carb cleaner for my 17 year old sons bike as he needs it for work. I was refused it as he doesn't look 25 and was with me, yet he can buy fuel from a petrol station. I have now had to drive over to Leamington to get some even though I live round the corner from screwfix in Southam.

   Came to the store several times over a couple of weeks, all staff were friendly and helpful but Cheryl the branch manager was an absolute star. Informed, friendly, and even corrected an order so things would match up. All the stars!!

   Thank you so much to the staff at Screwfix for being so kind and helpful. They really took the time to help me find the right product for my situation. They were very thorough and conscientious. My daughter had scribbled all over the outside of a house with acrylic paint, and it wouldn’t come off the brick wall. Thanks to their advice and the product they recommended, I was finally able to remove it. I really appreciate their support!

   Ordinarily I have no issues in this store. Today however I had the ridiculous situation where an o line order I went in to collect but was refused as I had my 17 year old son with me. The products were solvents (Brake Cleaner) to perform a repair job on his motorcycle. Now whilst I appreciate there is a legal requirement to only sell these products to 18 and over I doubt I would have had the same problem if I actually had my 10 year old with me. Instead I had to drive straight to the branch in Daventry where I purchased the products with him in tow with zero issues. Perhaps some common sense would of been appropriate. I suggest you make it clear that you should not bring your children to store if collecting these products.

   What 3 words chainsaw.patting.bounding Open as normal over the Bank holidays (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day). Dogs welcome instore as no food is sold.
