I had a wonderful experience with this company - the installation team was fantastic. I had cleared the land but they then installed 16 screws and built a wooden floor-frame all in about 4 hours. Everything was done to millimetre precision.

I used the 750mm ground screws from The Ground Screw Centre to build the base for a garden office, as the garden was on a slope and I wanted to avoid concrete. I was very pleased, not only with the service from GSC but also the quality of the screws. They are well built, and fairly easy to install (you might need the ratchet if doing a large number). It only took about 3 hours to install all 20 ground screws, but it took another hour or so to get them all level across the timber base. Once the frame was mounted all the ground screws were sharing the weight.
Both the team and the product at The Ground Screw Centre are top notch! They are proactive and helpful, a partner rather than a supplier. Could not recommend more.
Very positive experience with this company. Great communication from Pav in the office, nothing was too much trouble with some of the changes I wanted to make and the installation team were excellent, tidy, communicated throughout the job, which they did when they said they were going to do it. Really happy with my base for the new gym and highly recommend this company
Great Product Matched by a Great Service!!! I planned to erect a garden office and two large patios (50sqm in total). Initially, conventional foundations were considered but the costs and timescales were prohibitive. Then I came across Groundscrews and my projects have become viable. Two guys installed 50 screws-or-so, in a day and a half!. No soil removal, no concrete pouring, no steel, no headache! Wow! On top of the above I had a great support from Pav. Deliveries took 2-3 days and came on the dot. Great Work Guys! Thanks!
I do not often leave reviews but on this occasion, I felt that I should because I think the service and product provided by The Ground Screw Centre was excellent. In the first instance I was attracted to TGSC because they offered a trial service; 1 ground screw, bracket and the rental of the ratchet tool. I was not sure that I would be able to get the screws into the ground. I did and the trial set gave me the confidence to proceed with the project. I ordered the remaining brackets and screws and they arrived promptly. I then found that I had ordered the wrong size brackets. I rang TGSC and the replacement brackets arrived the next day special delivery and at no extra charge. I just had to return the wrong brackets once I had finished with the rental tool. BTW anyone thinking of this should definitely get the ratchet tool. All the ground screws are now in place with a sub-base built ready for my new log cabin. The alternative of a concrete base would have been significantly more difficult to do due to access and a slope to the ground, and I expect significantly more expensive. Excellent Customer Service and a very good product
Decided to use Ground Screws as replacements to mount our 6m long, wooden garden steps rather than the previous wooden posts which had rotted. I found the staff at The Ground Screw Centre pleasant and helpful. The service was excellent , with two next day deliveries completed on time. The product is amazing ! We found the screws easy to fit and adjust, even in this , probably unconventional , sloping situation. The end result is solid and should and should outlive me ! I would certainly recommend this Company and their products.
