   What a brilliant find this business was! I ordered two appliances from here to be delivered. I called and checked that they would be happy to deliver as I live in a second floor flat. From that first phone call, right through to the two gentleman leaving, the customer service was exceptional. Not only did they deliver my appliances, they installed my washer dryer, also moved my fridge back for me after new flooring had been fitted. Stayed to make sure everything worked fine, took away all of the rubbish and did it all with a smile on their faces. Super friendly staff, amazing prices, 10/10 customer service. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’ll be ordering all future appliances from them in the future, without a doubt - thank you so much :)

   Bought from them around 6 months ago when we need a new washing machine. The shop has plenty of parking and the son's owner was very informative giving lots of information and helping us guide our decision-making. Settled on a 9kg Hotpoint W/machine that was very competitively priced & delivered/installed and the old machine was taken away (small cost ?£35). Was also able to register said product for warranty which demonstrated it was a new product. So when our integrated oven cooker stopped working after 13yrs of service we decided to go back to them. Admittedly their range was slightly limited with mainly Bosch HBS534BS0B cookers of different grades and the odd Neff/AEG & a Hisense integrated cooker noted, all competitively priced (except for the Hisense for some reason). Same-day delivery, installation and removal of the old unit were added on, which they are fitting as I type this. Therefore when next looking for white goods I have no issues with recommending Coventry Appliance World as somewhere to consider. The only thing I would say is that in this current climate (0c) take a hat and scarf with you when visiting the warehouse!

   Absolutely horrible - the Teknix dishwasher was faulty. Then the retailer Mr Sidhu refused to send me the receipt of purchase which I later found then he blocked me and ignored my letters. Trade standards and my bank are now involved to get a refund. Don’t go to this shop. Even if he gives me a bigger machine I will not take it.
