“I popped in late on bank holiday Friday - I didn’t even expect the store to be open. I had seen a couple of sofas online I wanted to look at, but wanted to see what the colours looked like in real life. The very helpful lady Storm came over and was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly, she took her time to ask about what I wanted and gave me a swatch to take home so I could see what the colour would look like in my home. She is an asset to Sofology and is an exemplary example of how customer service should be. Thank you Storm!”

“Very Ineresting store full of curios and retro modern items, staff are very friendly and helpful, there were so many items I wanted to take home but my wife would have killed me if I spent all my money there. Disabled wheelchair access is absolutely fantastic and suitable for both power and manual wheelchairs. Nice clear spaces between sections. It's laid out so well I doubt you could get a layout better for access, I really wish more shops were laid out as well as this. Parking is also excellent and navgating the outdoor spaces were just as easy.”

“Ordered some Christmas presents online and came to collect on 20.12.24 around 12.30 or so. I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name who served me, but she was so lovely. I was rushing around that day, forgot shopping bags and had my young son with me. She realised some of the presents were likely for him, kept them hidden behind the counter and asked if I needed a bag. She then taped tissue paper over the boxes in the bag to make sure he wouldn't see anything. Really appreciated your thoughtfulness, you are a star!”

“Have rented a large washing machine from Abbey rentals Coventry for a number of years. We have always received excellent service from them if we have had an issue with the machine they are out the same day and if the problem isn't fixable At the time of the visit they replace it which is great with a busy family. The machines are always good quality and good branded names. Would recommend them.”

“We had a fantastic afternoon tea today! There was a lovely selection of cakes, sandwiches and tea too. The staff have created a very chilled out atmosphere with some fun furnishings. One of our party has an allergy and the staff had worked hard to make sure that this was catered for carefully. Thank you.”

“4 shires are our main supplier of all Guttering/Fascia products, there service is amazing, from placing a huge order to picking up and it's all there boxed up and waiting for us. staff are friendly and go out there way to ensure the customer gets exactly what they want. “We first found the kitchens inc on Facebook seeing one of the kitchens they had recently done and were very impressed with it. we were currently renovating our house and thought we would give them a call to see if they would book us in for a visit. Stefan took us to a showroom which had plenty of ranges to choose from, some choices obviously might be on the pricier side but he had plenty of knowledge on each one to give different options that would give the same effect. Luckily for us the kitchens inc was able to make it something that we could afford. All through the process we did not get one phone call from them saying about price or being hassled as to if we wanted it, unlike potential competitors. Once we made the decision to go ahead with the design everything flowed perfectly without any issues. All in all the kitchen is absolutely perfect and we love our kitchen, it really is the talking point of our house and we are forever grateful of Stefan and Siobhan.”

“Searched on Google for 1000W Microwave, Lord's (Carvell's) had best price, in stock at Rugby store. Placed order early hours, at 09:00 had a call to advise ready for collection behind counter. All staff pleasant and very helpful, then follow up email thanking me for the order. Old school service, keep it up guys, we will be back for sure”

“Brand new shop and experience to Rugby, much like the Iceland shop in Rugby Central but better, in so much as a larger store with wider Isles and more fridge space. Now with this extra space we get a better shopping experience for all, and the choices of products is so much better, I think they had the right balance considering the shop is so new and not knowing their demographics just yet. It was nice to see some additions of bulk items for the larger families to benefit from savings made. A much better choice of alcohol than Iceland Rugby obviously due to more space, but the addition also of electrical items (some of which have been reduced) was welcome by myself as we were looking for a replacement kettle, as ours had leaked it's contents all over the worktop the same day. You can still use your Iceland loyalty card here too. Win win.”

“A great store for all your general weekly shopping, has plenty of choice food products as well as Aldi special buys. Can be untidy at busy times but the staff are always on hand to help you. Easy to get around the store. Great free parking”
