“16/11/2025 My car needed new light bulbs. Amy at Halfords in Rugby arranged everything for me, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also informed me about the Halfords memberships. The mechanics fitted the light bulbs very quickly. Happy with the service all round.”

“Ordered some Christmas presents online and came to collect on 20.12.24 around 12.30 or so. I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name who served me, but she was so lovely. I was rushing around that day, forgot shopping bags and had my young son with me. She realised some of the presents were likely for him, kept them hidden behind the counter and asked if I needed a bag. She then taped tissue paper over the boxes in the bag to make sure he wouldn't see anything. Really appreciated your thoughtfulness, you are a star!”

“If this shop is local to you, you won't need to go anywhere else for your headshop and or CBD needs :) Has everything and more you'd usually go online for with the friendliest service you couldn't find anywhere else in person let alone online, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and will do the most to help any customer. Can end up talking with the owner, staff and even most customers for a while when I'm there, very welcoming cosy place. Highly recommend his business and all his products, especially the CBD products they tend to have, can find anything to help you in pretty much any situation and they're always happy to give personal unbiased advice if you're not sure on anything.”

“Foodhall downstairs at the back of the shop. Womens downstairs. Beauty downstairs.. Changing rooms available.. Escalator up... Cafe on the first floor. Toilets available.. Men's upstairs.. Children's upstairs. A fairly large and spacious store, easy to manoeuvre around. Parking is free outside. Till service was quick and friendly.”

“Went into rugby store today as I had been having issues with an order that I did on line,the lady who delt with me (ROSE) spent ages on the phone to another lady Helen Wright who between them bother got my order sorted.I have had my faith restored in Curry’s by these to lovely people well done to you both.”

“What an absolute fabulous store, with even better staff! My recent purchase of a TV was sublime! Upon collection the box had some of the foam showing out of the bottom. Jane kindly offered to undo and examine the TV for defects. Its a 58" TV, so that is not an easy task. Jane treated the TV with her upmost care. All was good upon examination, again Jane and her colleague (sadly did not get their name) placed the TV back in the box with care. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane and her colleague. Jane grabbed the sack truck, popped on the high viz vest and offered to bring it down in the lift and also helped me load the TV in the car. Jane and her colleague are absolute diamonds.Thank you so much for a very pleasant shopping experience.”
