   Went to get a free battery check at the Rugby store after making an appointment. Ben, the member of staff who helped us, was incredibly helpful. Not only did he check the battery quickly and efficiently but he also advised us on what product to buy to help with fuel injection as that was the issue rather than the battery. He was also very quick to notice that the tyres at the front of the car would soon need replacing and gave us a very competitive quote for replacement tyres. Very impressed with the service.

   16/11/2025 My car needed new light bulbs. Amy at Halfords in Rugby arranged everything for me, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also informed me about the Halfords memberships. The mechanics fitted the light bulbs very quickly. Happy with the service all round.

   With outmost satisfaction of my visit at halford rugby I want to express that staff at this location is extremely knowledgeable. Friendly , courteous , professional and knowledgeable . I have visited here for the dashcam installation and have received reminder on the day of installation. My appointment started on time and it was completed within the time frame . It was easy to manage because of time challenges that I have . My Jamie the technician is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate his work and praise out loud . He is asset for the.    Had to go to Rugby Halfords for headlight bulb and interior light fitted. Nicole and Harry were knowledgeable, friendly and did a fab job. Harry pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on in the future too. Would highly recommend them for their professional approach and level of knowledge. Nicole introduced the motoring club which gave me a free 10 point check too!
