What a clown of a man upstairs !!!!!!! Treating me like a criminal sending staff to the door, because i refused help and chose to pay downstairs .spider tags on it the works even though i spent over a Β£1000 in there this year! Never again thats for sure

Even though there are clearly marked out areas for collection they make you queue up anyway, such a poor system. Only upside is Ryan was helpful enough to take my order out to the car

Would rate zero stars. Whilst product range is good, purchase process is straight forward, staff and generally friendly. The issue arises when a purchased item develops a fault. I bought a gaming laptop, one of the keys broke, manufacturer advised hardware fault and to return for warranty repair, Currys decided it wasnt a warranty repair but user damage. Currys refused to repair without charge. Manufacturer advised again of hardware fault but we're unable to warranty repair as unit wasnt purchased direct. The laptop was less than 6 months old.

There is rarely anyone to help on the shop floor and even when I showed the customer advisor the products I wanted to buy, he proceeded to get a different accessory and try to put that through instead. Luckily I saw this and challenged him to change it. Then, even though Iβd been kept waiting for half an hour to buy something straightforward - they have to DOUBLE COUNT THE CASH! Could this place and staff be any more frustratingβ¦ nope

Bought a cooker, asked if it comes with a wire, the lady there said yes. Guess what? It didn't come with a wire. I don't necessarily mind it, but a heads up would have been nice so we can be prepared.

Appalling customer service from HOLLIE-RAE at this store, huffing and puffing, she clearly was clueless, we asked for delivery, that was a mammoth task for her. We returned to this store as itβs the closest and we have purchased previously without issue. Weβll go somewhere else next time! The staff in general are huddled in groups chatting, come on management get it sorted.

We purchased a washing machine which, unfortunately, didn't quite fit into our extremely small home. Currys provided us with a refund with no fuss at all. Unfortunately, they do not have a small enough machine for us. We will (as always) continue to buy the majority of our electric items from them. Well done Currys.

Absolutely waste of time and effort! My washing machine burnt out not even a year old and they refused to swap for a new or refund me! They told me itβs cheaper for you to buy another one each time they break!! How is that cheaper! I have trading standards involved aswell.. they said they should have swapped or refunded you there and thenβ¦. Never using them again

Popped in to Rugby branch to buy a phone charger and had an issue with phone. An extremely helpful Lauren Thornley served me and went absolutely above and beyond with customer service. An absolute credit to your organisation.
