“Ordered some Christmas presents online and came to collect on 20.12.24 around 12.30 or so. I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name who served me, but she was so lovely. I was rushing around that day, forgot shopping bags and had my young son with me. She realised some of the presents were likely for him, kept them hidden behind the counter and asked if I needed a bag. She then taped tissue paper over the boxes in the bag to make sure he wouldn't see anything. Really appreciated your thoughtfulness, you are a star!”

Children's upstairs. A fairly large and spacious store, easy to manoeuvre around. Parking is free outside. Till service was quick and friendly.”

The staff were super kind and made an exception to get my parcel for me, despite the fact it was just after closing times. It was a really small act of kindness, but made my day.”
