   Very rude staff. I entered the store without realising it was close to closing time, and one of the staff members shouted that the shop would close in 5 minutes and rolled her eyes— even though I was standing right next to her so I could easily hear without the shouting. I completely respect working hours, so I left the store right away , but this kind of behaviour doesn’t feel polite or welcoming at all.

   AVOID… very rude staff. Visited last Monday. Rails upon rails of clothes with huge SALE signs above.. however absolutely nothing was marked down. Asked a woman working there if it was sale as it all had codes on.. she rudely said it’s full priced then walked off. Don’t know why stores hire rude people with zero customer service skills… they are paid to provide a service… not be rude to paying customers. Left without even looking at anything, let alone buying anything.

   Absolutely disgusting service at new look elliots field today. The supposed shift manager decides closing the changing rooms an hour before store closing and telling us we could have come in earlier as they have been open all day is appropriate customer service. Refusing to give a name to make a complaint, my 9 year old daughter witnessed first hand such a despicable attitude from someone that shouldn't be allowed to be a public face for New Look. Perhaps some training in customer service wouldn't go a miss. Good luck with your future, you can understand why such shops are going into administration, no abuse and attitude received buying online! Avoid at all costs, a real disappointment for my daughters shopping experience and image for the new look brand.
