Returned an order 19 days and when trying to speak though the chat they answered is closed any time of the day!
Needed to buy my 11 Yr old neice a birthday gift and wonderful young lady called Maria helped me out and showed me a variety of great clothing suggestions. Maria was super helpful and professional and the young man at the sales till was also friendly. All in all a great experience and fab customer service. Thank you.
Came in on Saturday, 2 completely inept and unhelpful staff members. I was asking if they had a top in a different size, one employee said she couldn't help and to ask someone else, upon asking the only other employee I was told that they were stock taking and they were unable to check the stock... very confusing and appalling service, I won't be returning.
Love this place! The sales are always so bold and easy to shop. I always find something that stands out that I love every time I go in their. The staff are 100/10 and always have helped me with finding things and ordering the things if they are not in store. The returns have changed but they are so much easier now! And it’s always so pretty and easy to find things. See for yourself!
This is the #1 hit when I search for plus sized clothing stores near me, but there are no plus sized clothes here. Apparently they stock a handful but they get mixed in with the regular clothes, and because they're in high demand they get scooped up quickly. The fashion industry mysteriously continues to leave money on the table -- I walked in willing to spend, and walked out with nothing.
I went to new look on the shires today in leamington and the lady on the till was so lovely and helping with everything. She needed assistance from her managers who were extremely rude and treated her and a colleague terribly ignoring them and all together terrible

If I could give minus stars I would. My nightmare started yesterday when I wanted to treat my 11 year old for doing so well in her Sat's. We had arms full of clothes and shoes when we got turned away for the changing rooms due to being short staffed apparently, although there where two staff members stood in the changing rooms doing not a lot at all. So today we went to swap the clothes that didn't fit only to find the same issue with the changing rooms. When I approached the plump blonde manager that wouldn't give me her name, she threw an absolute barrage of abuse at me so everyone could hear and then continued to verbally abuse me with her colleagues, again so everyone in the cue could hear. I left the shop feeling belittled and embarrassed. All I tried to discuss with the manager is the problems we are all experiencing with not being able to try clothes on. I expect we will have to return again after the garments are tried for size at home but I really do not think I could put myself through that ordeal again so it will probably all be a complete waste of time and money. New look should be ashamed of themselves for employing such rude and aggressive staff. I haven't felt this low since getting bullied in my school years by similar minded people.
