   We had a great experience in the store. Visiting from Australia we had many questions. Staff were ultra helpful all the way through our process helping sort out mutliple purchases. Amazing customer service. they were great.

   Terrible and humiliating experience at this store. My husband and I went in to buy trainers. Staff had no idea about the stock – they insisted that the mismatched pair they gave me was the only option, not even aware that the correct pair was still on the shop floor. I eventually found it myself. When we tried to pay, the female store manager was incredibly rude. She raised her voice, told me she would not serve me unless I said “thank you,” and behaved in a very unprofessional way. While I was literally entering my PIN at the card machine, my husband and I spoke to each other in Turkish (our native language). At that exact moment, the manager suddenly stopped the transaction, turned the machine away, and told us she would not serve us because of that. She then forced us to leave the store without completing the purchase. This was not just bad service – it was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. No customer should ever be treated this way, and it left us shocked and deeply disappointed with JD Sports

   Yesterday I had a good experience at the sports shop. I had a few minutes of walking around then was greeted by a member of staff, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I mentioned my budget wich was £60 but I said I’ll pay more if the price is right I normally go for asics on this occasion they where well out of my price range then i asked him about the adidas climacool range they had them in stock and where on offer at £75 so the sale was made. Confession… I went to another sports shop in leamington town before my visit, sadly I was not greeted and stock was randomly placed but was priced. Out of the experience I give 4/5 stars, stock was located well but things need to be priced the trainers I bought where in the current stock that was not priced but up and other customers would of missed out on this bargain I’ve taken home today. Hopefully next time i can give the store a 5/5 next time if i see things labelled up and receive the level of service i have received today.

   I often visit and shop here, but today when I came to buy a suitcase and a shirt, when I went to the counter to pay, a female employee had an unpleasant attitude, and she threw the hanger very hard, I don't understand why the girl had such an attitude, it was rude and impolite. It's not nice to give a one star review, but I think the manager should review the customer service attitude of their employees.

   Absolutely disgusting service the staff need to be trained in customer service. The behaviour of the staff was absolutely unacceptable. I really think the manager above the manager in this store needs to re think of their employment situation. Unbelievable. I would give 0 stars unfortunately that’s not an option. I will be contacting the head office.

   Me and my boyfriend went to the store earlier today was about to spend a lot of money in the store for the new year. We used the changing room facilities but was rudely interrupted by what I presume was the manager knocking on the changing room door rushing my boyfriend claiming that he had taken more items into the changing room after swapping sizes. It felt very belittling considering he was buying majority of the items that he was trying on. I apologised and tried to be understanding but she had a very immature attitude considering she is an adult/manager. Majority of the staff were staring over at us after the women was standing outside waiting for him to finish trying on the clothes he wanted to buy and rushing us which made us feel uncomfortable.

   Absolute disgrace!!!! I wouldn't have given them 1 star if I had a choice. The customer service is shocking!! Bearing in mind it is nearly Christmas 2 staff on till and 3 including the store manager just stood on the doors!! One female on the till kept saying I'm 'stressed' and kept walking off!! The other female did remain on the till but was completely in a world of her own and there was no urgency at all in the service provided. If the staff don't want to work there then they should go and get another job instead of providing the disgusting service they do.

   I visit this store quite often to get some new gym things and regularly the male staff are inappropriate towards me. For example they have fought over who can open a changing room for me while i was within earshot. It is the male staff in particular that are weird and make myself and other women uncomfortable.

   Visited this Leamington JD store as I went for a day out with my fiancé, the staff were extremely friendly and helped me find what I needed to. Excellent service, especially the short young woman with long brown hair and the tall lady with facial piercings!
