   The clothes are lovely but, having spent £230, I was disappointed when the sales assistant laughed at me saying “No, we (Danish Wardrobe Company) have to pay for them.” when I asked if I could have a single clothes hanger. Come on ladies. Where has ‘customer service’ gone?

   I love this shop in Leamington spa, it is on my street and I bought quite few lovely jackets and garments there on full price and sometimes on sale too. But now I returned back home shaking in stress after visiting this shop. I bought few lovely items on sale and after I paid and left, I noticed that one item on receipt was charged instead of £20.80 - it was charged and on receipt as £23.99. I wanted things right so I returned back as I was few steps away from the shop. The reaction of sales woman was shocking. She instantly became very angry and very rude like I was asking her to pay me back difference from her own pocket. She told me : “Price on tag is wrong, someone made a mistake on tag“- is it right for sales person to say the customer the shop is wrong in marking items? I don’t think so and I think customer has right to pay what tag is saying. After she said: “it’s only 3 pounds” to which I replied that I rather will put this difference into charity box and I believe I had to pay what tag is says. Them she took 3 pounds and some change and thrown it - I really mean it into my hands. I really loved this shop and I am very local, but I do not think I will visit it shop again while this person is working there. Very sad and bad image for the shop chain.

   This place offers quite unique collection of clothing. You will not find many shops like this any more. The style is sophisticated, and distinctively North-European. The friendly staff will help you to combine individual items into lovely ensemble. Go and try if you love looking a bit more special than main stream.
