   love this h&m the clothes are amazing and good quality but some of the staff are extremely rude like today me and my friend were going to the changing rooms and this woman told us that we aren't allowed to go to the same changing room and my friends anxiety is really bad so she can't step out the changing room to ask about my opinion on what she's tried on but when a woman with her two children came into that same changing room that we both tried to go into that woman had no problem with it and before , one of the staff checked the changing room 6-7 times before letting another person in

   Absolute joke of a queue getting served. Tills upstairs never open. No, I don’t want a membership card. And no mens changing rooms upstairs.

   I don't like this branch. The staff seem to be under the impression that customers are just an annoyance and you cam speak to and treat them however you like. I no longer shop at H&M, but choose Next or M&S (YES, YOUR COMPETITION IS NEXT DOOR!!!)

   The sizes can be on the small size. I'm almost a size12 and have purchased a size 16 to fit me. Also, my friend who is an actual size 16 doesn't shop here at all as the are hardly any large sizes. It's not worth looking, as everything is tiny.

   Never anything for larger women. Ok for size 18 and below. Much better offering of clothes. 27yr old aughter found a few items to buy.
