Visited the Rubgy store today, Tony was a huge help and understood our requirements straight away. There was no pressure, loads of beautiful furniture to choose from and when we’d decided he made the ordering process very easy. Looking forward to sitting on our new sofas !

Went into the Rugby store today to buy a new sofa. Spent a lot of time with Shehzad@Rugby who was extremely helpful. He explained the manufacturing process and the different materials used in layman's terms. There was no pressure to buy and we felt really comfortable discussing our requirements with him. The products in the store are of very high quality compared to others we'd been into with a great choice of sofas. I would highly recommend a visit.
Shehzad at Rugby was fantastic! He listened to all of our requirements and guided us to a beautiful sofa that exceeded our expectations. He ran through a variety of colours and textures to select our preferred selection, plus they had every swatch we wanted on display in store. A first class level of service and we can’t wait for our sofa to be delivered in time for Christmas.
We visited the store in Rugby twice and were helped by Angie on both occasions. During the first visit she explained the basic concepts of the flexible offers you have and some of the options design, payment etc. On the second visit we wanted to go into more detail and look at options/colours etc. Angie was very patient with us, never pushed any particular product but gave us very valuable information on every aspect of your products and services. When we walked into the store we were greeted by a friendly Angie. From the first visit we felt a valued customer. Our shopping experience was first class on every visit. It soon became apparent that Angie was knowledgeable about the products and guided us to make our final purchase without any "heavy sell " attitude. We went in here expecting the furniture to be too modern for our tastes and over priced. As it turned out they have a good range to suit all tastes and although more expensive than most when you look at the quality I would suggest it offers good value for money. I should also say that that we we went to the Rugby branch where we were treated to great customer service by Tony and the Store manager.
Another successful visit to Natuzzi’s Rugby store. We were greeted by Angie who was very keen to understand our wishes and to make sure that they could provide what we wanted. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too. We ordered a pouffe/stool in the same leather as the sofa and chairs we already have on order and are eagerly waiting their arrival. This store is well worth a visit and the team there are a credit to the company.
Really helpful service at Natuzzi Rugby. Angie helped us find the right solution for our room and was very patient as we worked through the various options. We already have a Natuzzi sofa in another room which looks like new after 8 years, so we knew we wanted another Natuzzi sofa. We were very well looked after, no pushy sales people and we felt like Angie really wanted to help us figure out the right answer (we made a couple of visits to the store to get it right). Can't recommend them enough!
