   A woman called Katie S served us today and she was great (that’s why I asked her name). She was pleasant, helpful and respectful. At the same time there was an issue with other customers nearby and I honestly don’t know how she handled it so gracefully! She is great at customer service, she’s got more patience than many would have in that situation and it was very impressive to see. She’s a credit to the shop.

   We visited tte cafe to find an absolute health hazard! The staff flippantly told us that they were short staffed (although there were 3 of them for about 15 customers) and laughed that there was nowhere for rubbish. Every table stacked with dirty plates and food. Spilled liquid on the floor and left. No clean cutlery. Also reporting this to the food standards agency due to hygiene concerns.

   I enjoyed visiting and shopping. There are thousands of products inside. You can find almost everything you are looking for about the house. Bathroom products, kitchen products, garden accessories, such as carpets and chandeliers. It's due inside. The cafe has drinks and snacks. Available in customer restroom. Some products have discounts. You should set aside at least 1 hour for this store. I really liked the towel aisle. There are towels in almost every color. Hobby products and practice tools are also available. I made my payment without waiting at the cashier. It was a quiet store.

   Very busy due to boxing day sales. Big que at times but with a full complement of tills open, it moved fast. Great array of home goods, plus the expensive brands of paint and even knitting wool at a good price.

   Sortof busy, staff very polite and helpful. Had a nice coffee in the coffee shop. Bought some stuff. Failed to buy other stuff. I know of no other shop like it to compare it with so it was generally quite OK.

   Decent sized store and good selection. My order was ready to collect when I got to the tills. Although they still lack wrapping for breakable items, which means it's difficult to travel with.

   We visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was a member of staff greeting at the entrance with hand sanitizer for us. The whole store was well stocked with plenty of things to choose from and yes it's early October and the Christmas stuff is out. The staff were helpful and polite there were a lot of people shopping and the que at the tills was long but moving swiftly so a good experience from start to finish.
