   Just a massive thank you to the team especially to Olivia and Conner you were both fantastic in helping me choose my kitchen and changing my mind 100 times over and the design that Conner done absolutely blew me away I was left speechless, I had a massive wish list and thinking it was never going to work but he done it, got everything in I wanted and made it look beautiful. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you

   This Howdens is by far the worst Howdens I’ve ever used. Go to a different branch! I’ve been a carpenter for 21 years and have used Howdens in Minworth on and off for most of it. Other Howdens branches are not perfect and will make some mistakes from time to time which is understandable. But this Howdens is absolutely incompetent in every way. The staff are completely useless at carrying out the simplest of tasks. Unskilled and dimwitted. They send the wrong stuff. Loose things and never EVER call you back. Steve Young the designer did countless designs without a finalised master design. This meant when he was away for weeks and weeks and I was fitting the job, no one knew what design we were working off. The other designers don’t know their product. I could go on and on about their incompetence. These are just a few of the problems I encountered. If you want to use Howdens that’s ok, just don’t use this branch. You WILL receive terrible service and feel like pulling your hair out.

   Friendly staff and great designs Waiting for a quote but very helpful and make you think about exactly what you need. Designs were drawn up quickly with varying options. Print outs were given of all the options to take away. All I one sitting, which took about an hour No time wasting like 4 appointments at Wren!
