    Nuaman who helped me was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the options clearly, and helped me choose the right table without any pressure. The whole process was smooth and pleasant, and the service made a big difference.

    Farah was fantastic very informative and helpful. I would recommend her and the door to anyone. Great value and quality items. Highly recommended.Edited on 23/12, go elsewhere for your furniture. Farah who is the Assistant Manager at the Rugby store will tell you anything to get a sale. There is no customer service after the sale. Was promised by store and Jack at their head office my table and chairs still be with me by Christmas, and it is not. I paid the balance of my order on the Monday, still not deducted off my account on the Friday. Lies, after lies from the company. I bitterly regret shopping from this company and the Rugby store. They bully you into writing a review before leaving the shop, don't do it wait and see what kind of service you get first.

    Would 100% recommend! Nesrin was amazing from the second we walked in. She let us know she was there when we needed her and when we had questions about a sofa we loved, she answered every question and even compared to another sofa we were looking at and was really knowledgeable. She made the process of buying really easy and stress free. I cannot wait for my new sofa to arrive! Thank you Nesrin!

    Bad shopping experience: I bought an ottoman bed frame from this shop. On purchase I made full payment for the bed as well as for delivery and assembly of the product. I was told by the sales team member Farah that the product will be delivered and assembled by them. But the on the delivery of the product the Furdeco company people brought in the product and drop inside the house and just left saying assembly is not included in the delivery instructions. We were totally clueless what is happening, when I went back to store they said, it was third party delivery company, they always have issues like this ..I asked them what is my fault as a customer I paid the money as per the NCF price tag and I had to go through the suffering of the assembly of the product , Which is not fair to us? They haven’t offered me any refund for assembly instead they asked me to wait until they will organise someone to come don’t know when. As I bought this bed for my daughter as a surprise for her. It wasn’t a good experience from shopping perspective. The product quality is good.

    This is my second review of NCF. The first one they ask you to do in store, giving them a 5* glowing review. To be honest the in store experience was positive and friendly! However, as soon as you leave you can't get any answers or assistance. Our mattress was infact delivered on time (so no complaints there), but when it arrived it was faulty, not like the one we tried in store, and despite phoning and emailing photos and videos of the product, asking someone to come and inspect it themselves, the only response back is "this item is not faulty so we cannot do anything". Seeing as we spent a large amount of money this is not good enough! We will continue to fight this battle, but we aren't sure it will get anywhere and we certainly won't get any sort of refund or inspection on our faulty mattress. NCF really need to sort their customer service out, the person on the end of the emails (who remains anonymous) is rude, unhelpful and clearly doesn't care much about the company and the reputation it is getting. I am not the first person and I'm sure not the last to encounter problems like this. Take my advice, don't buy from this store!

    Large range of choice for mattresses (what we came in to get). Kai was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped us secure the mattress that we later ended up buying. Thanks :) We will update once/if we receive our item as based on the other Google reviews it’s not looking promising, which is a real shame.

    NCF attempted to deliver a sofa to my mum today, the delivery drivers got up to the first floor flat, saw it was a narrow hall, tried to get the sofa through the hall for all of 5 minutes, began huffing and tutting and became quite rude, before returning the furniture to their van and driving off. There's no issue with getting furniture in and out of the property, it's a bit tight, but I removed the old sofa (of the same size) on my own. Unable to get through to customer service on the phone despite holding for literally hours. No responses to emails. Went back to their Rugby store, where again, Kai was apologetic & pleasant. However, the manager of the store was of little help and simply sent an email - I struggle to believe they do not have any chain of communication to head office. My mum is now without a sofa and is Β£1300 down and is unlikely to get anything back.

    Absolutely awful experience. Still waiting for my delivery after having to pay an extra Β£59 delivery cost for a delivery that was never made initially. Called customer care line over 100 times (not exaggerating) and still haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. Was in touch with an agent via email, who has since gone mute. Never going to go within a mile radius of any NCF living outlet again.

    Very helpful and friendly sales team, not pushy at all and very good prices. They were the only place we found who were able to deliver our sofa of choice quickly (less than a week turnaround time) whereas everywhere else had a 3-month dispatch time. We chose a grey velvet Chesterfield-style sofa and are very happy with it.
