   had my new sofa delivered on the 13th December. It arrived wrong colour. I have been chasing this complaint ever since this date. I have had nothing but appalling customer service, from the customer service team. Assured on numerous occasions, that I would hear back by a certain date and it never happened. I also went in to my local branch in Rugby, where Bert went to speak to customer service, on my behalf for an update, then assured me, that I would hear back from the business that week, still NO communication. If you want to waste your money, get shouted at, hung up on, then this is the business for you. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

   DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered my sofa, which arrived the wrong colour. I complained about this last week, still awaiting a resolution. When speaking with Sofology yesterday, the woman in customer service informed me, that they are inundated with issues, due to this time of year! I was also informed, that the Sofology systems are experiencing issues. The woman on the phone yesterday assured me i would have an answer by 5pm today, still waiting!! Yesterday after the woman abruptly kept over talking me, also decided she couldn't explain any further and terminated the call. I called the Rugby store (Bart was excellent) again assured i would hear today and no communication!! Pathetic service. Please don't waste your money with these cowboys!!

   The showroom and staff itself here is good. My star rating is reflective of customer service that were incredibly unhelpful following delivery and issues I had with the sofa. Secondly, whatever happens be very careful of the insurance product provided by Castelan Group for repairs and cleaning. Check out their reviews as they are horrendous to deal with. Our repair will likely take more than 6 months and it’s like speaking to a brick wall. The reason it impacts my review rating with sofology is that they are the ones selling the product and provide no help when you have issues with Castelan Group insurance to make a claim. Very disappointing after spending £3k on sofas and putting your trust into sofology.

   I popped in late on bank holiday Friday - I didn’t even expect the store to be open. I had seen a couple of sofas online I wanted to look at, but wanted to see what the colours looked like in real life. The very helpful lady Storm came over and was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly, she took her time to ask about what I wanted and gave me a swatch to take home so I could see what the colour would look like in my home. She is an asset to Sofology and is an exemplary example of how customer service should be. Thank you Storm!

   Excellent customer service at Sofology Rugby! Met with a genuine welcome on the way in and left to browse in peace. A member of staff was always on hand if we had questions... but no pushy sales. Big thanks to Phillipa who handled our purchase which was our second from this store. Phillipa was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will return in the future...a much better experience than the pushy salespeople in DFS.... despite being part of the same company.

   Excellent chesterfield design sofas. Very happy with my environmentally friendly, fire safety compliant and Alchemist chesterfield design rose pink sofa and my rose pink designer sofa bench all from Sofology. Just disappointed that we had originally ordered a brand new Alchemist sofa in the clearance sale which had unexpected knifed holes and severe criminal damage beyond repair that occurred during delivery from their warehouse to Northampton so we were heart broken, and therefore had to wait until the following year January sale to buy a new Alchemist sofa in clearance sale. It appeared that Sofology had left their lorry unlocked at the petrol station in Weston Favell Northampton so criminals from previous three armed burglaries that Northants Police had failed to arrest had done criminal damage but now being dealt with by the Met Police in London after a military judge gave evidence to the Met Police in London. We originally only wanted two Alchemist sofas of the same colour so we are now looking for a new Alchemist chair at the right price in sale. Usually good customer service from the whole team at Sofology.

   Karen was really helpful in pointing us towards clearance sofas in my price range, we managed to find a great deal beyond what I could have expected on an ex-display two seater with chaise lounge. I never felt pressured to buy and was given plenty of time and space to consider options, including from the surrounding furniture outlets. I'm not a fan of the website which you need to use to arrange delivery as it employs a strange queue system to access your account and in my experience didn't load properly half the time in addition to the user interface not responding as expected in my endeavors. However, this issue isn't reflective of the Rugby store whatsoever.

   Visited the Rugby store yesterday to purchase a sofa. Great parking and really friendly staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome. I knew what sofas I wanted to look at and was directed to where they were. Mark asked us to let him know if we needed any help. When we were ready, we had coffee and biscuits brought to us. Mark answered all our questions in great depth. He wasn't pushy or rude. He was very patient, I'm very fussy and took about an hour to pick between 2 sofas! He left us to discuss the choice and brought more coffee.We made our decision and he talked us through our payment options. Nick came over to complete our order and was also a lovely member of staff. The whole experience was great. Would highly recommend the Rugby store.
