   Awful customer service at the Wickes in Rugby. Came in to buy some Allen keys. Couldn't see them after a minute or two of looking around, no problem, asked a member of staff who vaguely pointed my towards where he thought they were - couldn't see them. So I went to ask a different member of staff, older bloke with tattoos, and got condescendingly told a different location to the first one I was told - they weren't there either. It's one thing to have staff who are ultimately helpful if a bit standoffish, I understand a long day's work has its toll. But staff who are unhelpful and rude? What an absolute joke of a company. I see at least one other person has left a poor review with the same complaint and got a reply from the company saying "sorry we'll look into this." Clearly the company doesn't look into these at all as the poor service has been repeated, so kindly don't blow that same smoke up my backside if this gets replied to. Better off using Amazon, although we all already knew that anyway. Or The Range just across the road, found the Allen keys instantly and had a laugh with the member of staff on the till.

Plenty of parking on site, and the location in the retail park makes it convenient to get in and out quickly. A really reliable branch – exactly what you want when tackling DIY or trade jobs.

   Ordered 6x 2 treated timber and several big bags of mot type 1. The staff in the rugby store are always very helpful and polite. The items ordered were delivered on time and with no issues, wood was good quality and mot was of a suitable standard taking into account how much rain we have had it was reflective of the quality and perfectly fine. If anything maybe the store teams could maybe have trained experts who can help in certain areas as your guides help allot. thanks

   Went in to buy a 75mm sq 600 long bolt fence support of which, according to the Rugby site, there were 15. After double checking at the till, whose own database clearly showed some stock, I was informed that there were none. I was not the only person there querying stock levels of items. Very poor.

   Diy store selling many items for your home, specialising in trade but a decent range of paint amongst other categories. Upstairs kitchen and bathroom area which is a little crammed full of ranges but of good quality. Worth a visit as prices are reasonable.
