   We have had an exceptional experience with our main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. These are our second and third purchases from OTTO due to our satisfaction. Right from stepping in the showroom, to design and then installation, every thing has gone exceptionally well. Bryan came and measured, designed and the installation/commissioning was performed by Dave with outstanding results whilst also being very courteous and in a professional manner. We also had dealing with all the staff who went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

   Dear Laura I thought I would drop you a quick line to say how pleased we were with our new bath. George did an excellent job and managed to get the old bath out without damaging the tiles. The new tiling is a perfect match with the old ones and overall the job looks first class.    Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with Otto Interiors. We had an initial appointment which we thought had gone very well. So much so we decided there and then we would employ Otto to re design our bathroom. They came out a week later to measure up. The sales assistant who came said he would not design our bathroom until we had decided to go with them and would only give us a quick quote. Two weeks later we had not heard from them so I rang. The person who answered gave me a figure but when I asked him to email it to me and roughly split into sections he would not. Otto obviously will not give any reasonable quote like other companies do before possible future clients commit to them. So BE WARNED if you want to go with OTTO INTERIORS be prepared to commit and pay money before you get an accurate price.

   We bought our bathroom suite from Bryan when the business was Bathrooms inc and other than a revisit to have our downstairs cloakroom fitted out we haven't had much cause to drop back in because both rooms haven't just stood the test of time, they have hardly aged at all. It wasn't until last weekend when popping in for a new 'pop up' plug mechanism, we realised that it was 12 years since we fitted our bathroom suite. When we bought the bathroom suite Bryan really sold the idea of buying good quality and 12 years later on, he is proved to be absolutely right. Thanks Bryan!!
