   18.09.25- visited the store and asked a member of staff for help finding an item, they were quite reluctant to help or check if they had any stock of the item I wanted. I then went to purchase an item at the till and had a 15% discount for signing up online, but the email hadn’t come through even though it stated online it would take a few min, the lovely lady at the till wanted to honour the 15% discount as seen I had just registered, but had to call her the team manager who would honour the discount. The team manager arrived - turned out to be the person who was reluctant to help me in the beginning (shocking), she then questioned I might have used the 15% already and just showing the picture again to gain discount which was unbelievable as I had just signed up ( lovely lady at the till even confirmed) but she still didn’t want to honour the 15% discount. This team manager needs some training on helping customers firstly and being friendly/ approachable!

   Staff friendly and helpful. Did take a while to find what I want as a lot of the shelves didn't have stock on. Asked for help and staff struggled but we're nice.

   Great store - prices are a little high, but they have a great range of stock for a bunch of different hobby crafts. They often have sales, or 3 for 2 offers on which helps, and the staff are lovely. Great place to get resources, or to explore and find a new hobby.

   Stores ok to browse around. The staff don't hassle you but are always around to help and answer questions. Only gripes are the pricing online can be different from store pricing so best to check to our not paying to much for your order. Also there online order for one hour collect was a bit of a headache. Arrived after about two hours to find out order had not been picked and they had no idea when it would be ready, they just kept saying I'll have to wait until I get an email saying that it's ready. I had just left the carpark and received an email to say my order was ready. So hear to turn around and go back, if it wasn't for my wife checking my emails I could have driven the 10 miles home only to have to go back big waste off my time and money...

   Huge selection here over two floors. I could spend hours here getting ideas for crafting or selecting a gift. My mum often buys her wool here for knitting little beanies for babies. I stocked up on wrapping paper, acrylic paints, face paint, and some lovely pink artificial roses that brighten up our balcony!

   Great shop. Got everything you will need for crafting and good for all ages! However...a bit pricey. Make sure to check your phone for better prices on Amazon etc for some items as you could end up spending much more for the same item! That being said, it still makes for an amazing day out and really is a crafter's dream
