   We looked long and far for our new kitchen but were impressed from the moment we walked into the showroom - with the quality of Schmidt but also by how well we were looked after by Roula who had a deep knowledge of the product and responded to our many questions. Roula listened carefully to our brief and really brought it to life; a few days later we were back in for a ‘discovery session’ to run through the design in detail. We wanted to move fairly quickly and Roula rose to the challenge and went above and beyond to make it happen from start to finish in about 3 months (bearing in mind this is all factory order build!). From design to reality, it’s been brilliant; perfect. Every detail has worked out and we can’t fault it at all; from maximising the dimensions of our peninsula, the genius idea to take down a false wall and the fitting choices and functionality throughout. We love the colour design too - friends and family have all been blown away too. Massive credit to our Schmidt fitters Tom and Josh, and Chris and his team of electricians. Their care throughout, attention to detail and they always anticipated any issues and made excellent recommendations. We never had to remind them or chase them up. Shelly was impressively forensic(!) at our sign-off meeting making sure everything was to standard. Even after we’d been happily living with the kitchen for weeks, Shelly spotted a few tiny adjustments and arranged for them to be sorted. The whole team at Schmidt Knowle has been outstanding and we would thoroughly recommend.

   I am so pleased with my kitchen. The kitchen designer Boglarka was so professional and very thorough in everything she did for us, our kitchen fitter Sam was very skilled in fitting the units, both of them are very very good at their jobs, approachable and friendly. Shelly and Mark (owners) are so knowledgeable about all the kitchen designs and appliances, we found them to be very helpful and patient with us choosing our kitchen. The units are so well made and with our choice of having the quartz worktops and splash back finishes it all beautifully. Thank you to all of you at Schmidt kitchens for creating such a beautiful kitchen for us 5*

   From the outset of our kitchen redesign journey, we were super impressed with Schmidt, Knowle. The welcome from Shelly and the journey around the store, showcasing ideas and options was visionary. Our designer, Chloe was superb and she clinched the deal for us with her ideas, choice of product and design expertise. The team at Schmidt, Knowle, kept us informed at every stage of the planning. The fitting was simple, timely and without fuss and the end result and quality of product is without fault. I would totally recommend the Schmidt Team, with particular emphasis on Shelly and Chloe.    From the moment you walk through the Knowle showroom door you know this is a different offering from the competition. Without appointment, I was welcomed by Mark, the franchise owner, who took the time to personally show me around and describe the product and service. Roula, the designer, deserves special mention. She certainly has a design flair and combines this with her product knowledge, practical suggestions, professionalism and patience as you proceed through multiple design iterations. She is talented, helpful and honest. The Schmidt process is clearly defined and works well with formal sign off of the design phase prior to order, to ensure no surprises down the line. The costing was transparent so you know all the elements of the project, not just a total lump sum price. Shelly overseas the whole project providing contacts for flooring, doors and other associated products, which was very helpful. Her sign off at the end of the project was very thorough. The quality of the product and the skilled fitting (by Sam) are both excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this Schmidt product and team.

   We wanted to fill a lounge wall with a bookcase to house photo albums and other collectibles. Attracted by the Schmidt showroom in Knowle we discussed the possibilities with them, and, after a visit to our home, a design/spec was promoted which we liked. After agreeing the price an order was placed and delivered in individual panels and pieces, all separately well packaged. A fitting date had been previously agreed and all was fitted in a full day with one mishap which required a replacement panel, this was fitted a short time later. Throughout the process we were supported well by Chloe and Shelley and overall we are very pleased with the final display. We would recommend Schmidt to anyone looking for a quality product with good support throughout.

   We have had a brilliant experience with the Schmidt team. We were looking for sustainable kitchen design on a limited budget. Mark, Shelly and designer Harpz gave us the warmest of welcomes to the showroom and took time to understand our vision and constraints. The design process was inspiring and reflected our conversations very well. The team’s approach was friendly and collaborative throughout, they bent over backwards to find affordable solutions and to make the process of ordering and delivery as smooth as possible. Thank you for your care, collaboration and attention to detail. We are thrilled with the result, the excellent quality of materials, design and finish - and the larder cupboard has changed our lives!

   Absolutely beautiful shop, felt so homely and welcoming as soon as you walk in but also really luxurious and professional at the same time. Loved the themed kitchens and all the interiors. Every member of staff was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again when we renovate our home and need a new kitchen. 100% worth a visit.

   Schmidt is an absolutely beautiful showroom, with some amazing kitchens and the quality was incredible. Not only that but they also do fabulous interior solutions as well. Having developed property for 20 years I have been around many kitchen shops but this one really stood out. Everyone in the shop was so professional and friendly, I would highly recommend them.
