   Poor customer service from Lisa today, as soon as we arrived at the till she was already really annoyed with an awful scowl on her face. We had bought a lot of shopping, so we were waiting for our car to arrive, all throughout the time we were waiting she was sqwauking at us “where’s your car” “excuse me, excuse me”. I even overheard her say to another customer who had asked if she was okay “I will be when I get out of here”. No excuses for such poor customer service.

   They seem to have all the bedding in stock compared to other branches. Staff are not always easy to locate on the floor but otherwise good store.

   I would give this store zero if i could! Staff were not helpful, grumpy and handed me my online collection order with a grunt without any packaging or even a simple wrap on top. To make things worse the item was damaged!!! I'm pretty sure she could see it was not up to quality when she handed it to me. I immediately went to the check out and complained that the item was faulty and the lady working there gave me the item at a reduced cost and said they had no more to exchange it with or give me a better one. As i was walking out i saw more of that item on the shelves!! Ridiculous

   Nice to walk around unless you have an aged parent in a wheelchair. I kept inadvertently making him part of several displays when I was wheeling him around because there wasn't enough room for wheelchairs. I also got him stuck around the cushion area, then wedged near kitchenware, and it got terribly tight by the escalators; he was thoroughly entertained by the entire experience, me not so much. Nice sofas, tho

   A really super shop. In my opinion, you need to spend some time in this store having a really good look around as the grest buys aren't always easy to find. I partirecomnend bedding, towels and storage. Parking is not onside but nearby. Store is in 2 levels, 1st floor is accessed by lift or escalators.

   Went looking for curtains and a curtain rail. Very good selection of both items. Very helpful staff regarding the curtain rails which helped us decide on which one we needed.

   A little bit disappointed. The curtains offered online weren't available in store and very hard to locate and also Dove grey that we wanted to see wasn't on display though other colours were. The assistants were very helpful and I spoke to 3. However my delivery ordered in store was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address this morning unfortunately which meant I was desperately trying to ring Dunelm to find its whereabouts then had to pay over £3 to ring DHL in order to discover that the house number was wrong so my parcel was left in someone else's safe place which wasn't particularly safe. Thankfully the person had taken it in much to my great relief. So please check your address is right before trusting your order with an assistant. I would in future or order it myself online and pay the extra for safer delivery.

   Got the laundry pegs in needed. Price issue at till but friendly staff soon sorted it out and charged me at the lower price shown on the shelf rather than what the barcode came up with. Good store and plenty of choice of goods at good prices.
