   Went in search of purchasing two quality floor rugs having previously visited a couple of other stores. Furniture Village had good range of suitable products and I was able to select two eminently suitable rugs at a very affordable price - enhanced by current sales 'discounts'- A very helpful member of the sales team processed the order efficiently and supplying me with order confirmation and having kindly applied a further nominal discount together with approx delivery date. Excellent customer service, excellent product and excellent value for money.

   Nice furniture, very poor delivery and after sales , we ordered sofas , sideboards and lights , all delivered on different days , had to take time of work , last delivery of our bookcase never appeared on the day , was re scheduled for next day at 2pm , then get a phone call at 11.30 that they will be delivering within 20 mins . Drivers came and delivered, but didn’t unpack or assemble the furniture, tried to contact furniture village after being on hold for 40 mins , I was then told to ring Nottingham branch who then said there was nothing they could do , but get onto it in the morning . Very poor service , please be aware

   I recently made purchase from Furniture Village in Nottingham. Our salesman was Nick Cameron who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all questions and made our experience at the store enjoyable. Our purchase consisted of 2 four seater sofas and 2 armchairs so it was quite a big purchase for us. Nick was helpful but not too pushy and he left us to make our decision. We had a lot of questions about the fabrics etc And he was knowledgeable about everything we asked. So we were very please with our purchase on Sunday and look forward to getting our sofas. Jawaid

   The after sale customer service cannot be poorer. We spent nearly £800 on a mattress, which has a manufacturing defect and it has caused me severe backache. We went to the shop and asked for advice and were advised to call/email the customer service team. It took 30 mins waiting before reaching the them on the phone. But they told us to fill in the form online. We filled the form online, the customer service called, but rejected to talk to me due to my husband having filled in the form and not me. They said they would call back again within 1 day. But this never happened. We had to email them again, and then they finally called. Appallingly, they hung up the phone when we answered the call! What kind of customer service would that be? They have setup their system to be impossible to call back. It’s been two weeks but we still not be Abel to approach the Customer Care Team. We really hope someone from Furniture Village, whom could actually help, would contact us to solve the issue.
