Ordered a new cooker from these guys recently and honestly had a cracking experience. Everything was easy from start to finish. They kept me updated, the delivery team were sound, and the whole thing turned up quicker than I expected considering I’m tucked away up here in Scotland.

Integrated Bosch Series 8 Washing Machine Supply and fit. From the first point of contact with Jo - really helpful, knowledgeable and no sales pressure. Terry (Manager) later contacted in Jo's absence - he was very reassuring that there was nothing to worry about the new machine fitting into the space of the old one. I paid for their fitting and recycling of the old Washer. Richard the installer did a great job in removing the old and fitting the new Washer. He was really friendly, patient and thorough with the installation. He treated my home with respect and care and the install was completed without any damage to my units. Even vacuumed under the units when he removed the plinth. Finished by sealing the plinth to the floor tiles. A credit to the company!

I would like to thank James for his help & support in helping me buy my Fisher Paykel freezer. He was very patient & professional & eventually agreed I was jinxed! He was brilliant. I've warned him I will be back after xmas to buy a new oven as Long Eaton Appliances are competitively priced. I'd also like to thank Sean & Neil who came exactly on time to deliver it. They went above & beyond & removed my old freezer even covering it in the new freezers packaging as it had to be left outside for collection. All 3 gave excellent customer service & I'm happy to recommend this company .

Unable to fulfil orders because they clearly have no idea what’s actually in stock or available on their end. Don’t bother ordering from them; you’ll only discover after paying that your item magically has a six-week lead time, followed by an agonising wait for a refund. They’re perfectly happy to take your money first however and fire off a string of nonsense excuses later! On the phone they'll lie about them no stating they don't advertise if they have items in stock (see photo). Either you have an item or you don’t — customers shouldn’t have to pay just to find out. They're hoping you'll just wait and they can take your money. Customer service was rude, defensive, and well aware they were in the wrong. They desperately need to modernise their system to stop wasting people’s time, and their customer service team needs to grow up. Go to another, more reputable online reseller that knows how to correctly run a business and won't mess you about. :)

I managed to find a LPG fitter locally and he was able to fit it quickly. I had a wonderful experience with the sales team. Unfortunately we received the Miele hob and it does not work! We were told long Eaton cannot replace it as there was a gap between us having it delivered and installing it! Our kitchen company went into administration which is why we could not have it installed until now. We were told we would have to wait for a Miele engineer to visit!!!

Phoned and ordered a new Neff Combi Oven / Microwave at lunchtime and less than 24 hours later it was delivered by their own team of delivery personnel and not some courier who potentially won’t handle your item with care, and not just dropped at the door either, they took it straight through to the kitchen and even offered to help make sure it was the correct fit before they left. I think it was James I spoke to on the phone when I placed my order, he was polite and very helpful. To sum up, very competitive on price, and an excellent service.
