   ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience – avoid Go Assist at all costs. My experience with Go Assist has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. I booked their service paying just under £200 expecting a professional, reliable repair, but what I received was the complete opposite and 6 months later no refund and no compensation as promised. The technician arrived seemed unprepared and barely assessed the issue before telling me they would “need to order a part.” 6 Months went by with half hearted updates and lies. Every time I tried to contact customer service, I was met with long wait times, unhelpful responses, and constant excuses. It often felt like no one had any idea what was happening with my case. After repeated follow-ups and promises of call-backs that never happened, I’m left with a broken appliance, wasted money, and zero accountability from the company. The lack of communication and professionalism is shocking for a service that claims to be reputable.They don’t like to reply to emails make sure you report this company to the ombudsman if you’ve had the same issue. I rarely write reviews, but this level of incompetence deserves to be called out. Go Assist has completely failed to deliver on their promises — and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

   Do not use this company unless you want to be harassed for the next couple of weeks. They will not leave you alone even after you tell them that your machine has been fixed by another company. Constant phone calls, voice mails, text messages and WhatsApp messages. It's resulted in me telling them that if they don't leave me alone I will be contacting my solicitor!

   Customer service advisers make appointments they can't guarantee. The engineers arrived an hour outside his time window, then was only going to take my word for what was wrong until I asked him to physically check. Good job I did because more was wrong than I knew. It's took 7 days to get parts that I could of got from supplier in 48 hours Now waiting 10 days for appointment for them to come out and replace the part. All in all 19 plus days to fix my machine. £20 more I could of got a new machine. Wish I never bothered with the repair

   Do not trust this company. Be careful.. I booked an appointment for my washing machine, but they said they would come and call me. I work nights and they came at 2:00 PM. Because they need to specify the exact time before they arrive.. I paid £140, but they come back and ask for another £140 to look at it. scam .....scam. ...scam.....scammm....They didn't refund my money. Because no one fixed my washing machine. They are cheating.

   Absolutely dire do not use this service they do not come when promised and send poor workers I am in the process of a complaint that they are not responding to really poor customer service
