Bought a tumble dryer there just before Christmas and it broke down immediately, shop refusing to take my calls or open a dialog about a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a second-hand cooker from Prince Domestic Store in March 2025 for £190. Seller claimed it had “no issues” and offered a 1-month guarantee. After just 4 months of light use, the fan failed and it stopped heating—clearly not fit for purpose. After doing some research, I found other customers have had similar experiences. This appears to be a pattern of selling faulty goods. ⚠️ I strongly recommend anyone with a similar experience to report the business to Trading Standards via their local council. Consumers have rights—even with second-hand goods.
Bought a fridge and a washer/dryer. After some seriously meticulous cleaning of both, we managed to get both working. Fridge is a bit loud, washer worked straight away. I paid around 25% of the price I would've needed to pay if I bought both new. A year and a half later, they are still going strong. I'd recommend this store for people on a budget. Given the prices and their ability to deliver, I am not sure you can find much better.
One star it is too much, AVOID at all costs. I Contacted Collin an “engineer” to repair restaurant dishwasher, he took from us £120 of cash to replace some of the parts, we we’re waiting over a month, then keep asking to collect a dishwasher from us as he promised we’re waiting another two weeks, finally when they collected a dishwasher they said it will take a week to repair, again we are waiting an another month, both not answering the phone, if they do they hang out after a question when exactly we can expected a dishwasher back. We are speechless, and really disappointed of the customer service and their attitude.
Stopped by today and saw a matching sofa and chair set. Got a great deal on them and they were able to deliver that same night. The owner was friendly and it was easy to get everything sorted. Very happy with the new purchase.

Don't bother, 1 star is too much. Went all the way there after talking to "Leslie Prince" on Facebook Marketplace. Messaged in the morning about a washing machine, they said it was still available and in perfect working order. Told them I will come down and was told they'll hold it for me. Got there and was told they never even had this washer in stock in the first place!! Ended up coming away with a Hoover machine. Got it home and because it stunk I decided to run some washing machine cleaner through it. Stuck it on a 60'c wash as per the instructions, machine started to fill and I checked for leaks which there were none. When my washing machine / dish washer is on, there is a "whooshing" noise that you can hear through the pipes. I sat down and started watching TV. I zoned out whilst watching TV as you do, it was about 20 minutes later and I thought "I can still hear whooshing". Went to check the washer and the drum was completely full of water and water was pouring out from the powder drawer!!! Prince are refusing to refund me, fix the issue or replace. Like all the others have said, avoid this place like the plague, nothing but con artists!!
Beware of this store. Got a washing machine that broke after 2 months and the Fridge that was in awful condition and well overpriced. Thay showed me a photo of the fridge and assured that it was in great condition. The owner refused refund and offered replacement that looked even worse. 1 month warranty they offer it's a joke. They don't replay to messages and emails. Didn't accept card payment, cash only (not wondering why). Ended up with broken machine that I paid £120 and discusting Fridge that I can't sell for £30 but costed me £120.
