    To be honest with the service and experience i had recently its not worthy enough to give a single star,we had a very bad experience from curry's arnold.We bought a new tv and table from this shop dated 28/11/25.The TV came after one week followed by the table a week later.The technicians came to fix the TV few days ago.unfortunately they received the message to fix only the TV not the table. They connected with office and informed about the issue. From the office they told to rebook another day...Next day we went to the showroom and informed everything, from there they informed that they will arrange the technicians once there dates are available.A day after ,we received one message in that ,they will come after 10 days to fix TV and the Table. We felt amused and annoyed with below average customer service from Currys.

    Wanted to buy a sage coffee machine wanted to know which is the best one before I purchase was told to wait and someone will be over. Stood there for 30 mins they kept coming over saying 2 mins. Then a guy who worked there walked straight pass me to a woman who had just come into the store and I got told to wait another 2 mins. Very poor customer service. I'll be going elswhere.

    Massive shout out to Nadia on the mobile section today. I visited with my elderly parents as they’ve lost their old SIM card and Nadia was amazing. Immediately she noticed they were not good on their feet and offered to get them chairs to sit on. She was so patient and listened carefully treating them with kindness and respect. Thank you so much Nadia for your kindness.

    Pleasant helpful service. Got a new washing machine at a good price. They had it in store so I didn't have to wait. The guy helped me put it in my van. Fab. I'd go there again.

    I warn you about my recent experience with PC World Currys and the unacceptable poor quality of their products. As a previous customer, I can confidently say that you will regret purchasing from this store. I recently had the misfortune of purchasing two HP Envy laptops from PC World Currys, and both laptops had the same problem with their hinges breaking after only a few months of use. Even though my warranty had only recently expired a week ago, the store's service team refused to help me and was unwilling to listen to my complaint. This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise you to stay away from PC World Currys. In addition, the store's poor product quality and lack of customer support is entirely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. If you value your money and want a quality product, do yourself a favour and consider alternative options. Research other companies that offer similar products or services and compare their reputation, customer reviews, and warranties. This will help ensure you receive a quality product and the support you need if you encounter any issues.

    Went back because was told by someone previously to come back to redeem a cash back voucher. But was told they couldn’t do it because of T&C reasons. Wanted to buy a washing machine and was taken to the front counter and made to wait for 20 minutes but no one came and then when someone came they were very rude.

    Just had to collect 2 mobile phones we bought and paid for at another store. Very helpful staff. Very quick to be seen and served. There is plenty of parking, although it can be a little tight to get around the car park
