   I really can’t speak highly enough about Redhill Service Centre and am confident in highly recommending them. I have been shown outstanding professionalism, courtesy and kindness which was well above the call of duty. Communications with me was excellent at all times. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly. I recently took my 15 year old car in for the MOT aware of significant corrosion to the break pipes and other issues. It proved to be a bad MOT failure. Every detail was explained to me and I was shown the extent of the problem and given a clear estimate to rectify. I was given a courtesy car and given time to decide on the way forward with no pressure. In the end I decided to scrap the car. Given I had lost the V5C needed for scrapping the car I was helped to get a new one and no pressure has been put on me in the 4 weeks this has taken whilst the car remains at the garage SORN. They also solved my transport problem with great patience. I am not sure if it is appropriate to name the 2 staff members who helped me so much on this forum ( they know who they are) but to them I say a heartfelt thank you.

   The team at Redhill have been brilliant, right from the first phone call, dealing with the warranty provider and getting the repairs to flywheel and clutch done, was made so much easier.    I went in on Thursday with a few MOT remedial tasks. Having not been here before, I was greeted straight away, provided with a fair quote, and booked in for the very next day. They provided me with a courtesy car, so I could get to work, and called me before lunch the next day to let me know my car was repaired and ready to collect. I was impressed with the professionalism, speed of repairs, and honest pricing. I would recommend, and will be using this garage myself moving forward. Thank you for your advice and help. It was appreciated.

   These guys really saved me. I came to them with a major fault on my car, from a cold call on a Saturday morning. Not only did they take in my car right away and identified the fault, they also lent me a free courtesy car. Without them I wouldn't have been able to see my family for the 1st time in a year. Will be the only place I'll be going for car issues in future. Can't recommend enough.

   Absolutely brilliant garage! We had a problem with our car and we weren't happy with the dealership we purchased the car from after they quoted us over £500 to sort a 'maybe' issue!!! We took it to our trusted mechanic and he sorted the issue with no problems at all at not even quarter of the price we were given at the dealership Great service and always has a smile You certainly won't get ripped off here

   I run a courier company called Critical Shipments, that specialise in time - critical shipments. Anyway on the Friday / Saturday morning the steering become loose and was wobling on one of our vans. It was going to to be a number of possible problems. I rang around other companies in the local area and they didn't seem to instrested in our business. Response were off: we can see you next week or we can't do to much about it now! Well I visit Redhill Service Centre in person asked them to have a look, after exaplaining the circumstances of what happen and my business model.(as i did with the other companies) They give me a few options- they could understand the situation and unlike most garages they give me a couple of places that they recommend for me to try as they were very busy them self. Id did and no joy. The persistent person I am I went back, the lovely gentlemen i spoken to earlier, moved and jiggled some space to put it on the ramps to diagnoses the problem. Quote was provided and I left them the van that night to start work on in the morning of Monday. Monday came and I reicved a call from the garage explaining the situation that another part was broken. Luckily enough they had pre-empted ordering me the part, and I added a new tire to the order too. Obviously the bill was more than the original quoted price but I was compltey aware that this would be the case with the addional parts. From pricing to completion less than half a day. In the industry I work in thats critical for us. I will be using them again for our other fleet vehicles/ personal. Honest, reliable and an excellent turn around on our vehicle. Even shown me the old parts taken off and the problems. Very rare to see this type of honest trade, and without even asking. Id highly recommend. Brilliant experience. Keep up the brilliant work and will no doubt be in touch soon. Thanks again.!!!

   If you are like me, you are cynical about overly positive reviews. Please don’t be about this one because it is intended to be helpful in the sense that it is genuine and honest. I have nothing but good words to say about Redhill Service Centre. I have been taking my Toyota Celica there since 2008 for services, MOTs and repairs. They are honest, reliable, professional, helpful, friendly and pleasant. My car is now 18 years old so this is not only based on a lengthy period of time, but also on a car that can be more challenging than a simple, straightforward newer model. We also take my wife’s (newer) Citroen DS there and have taken her previous cars there. When my son lived at home, we took his (even newer!) cars there and even though he moved away 3 years ago, he still brings it back because there’s really nothing like knowing you’re going to an honest garage. I really can’t speak highly enough about Redhill Service Centre and am confident in highly recommending them.
