Having accidently ordered an item, Mayur the ecom manager was so helpful. I got my refund processed within hours of ordering the item as it had not dispatched.
We received two refurbished dishwashers that arrived inoperative. Great business model that. All packaged, delivered but clearly not tested at all. Twice.

Just bought a brand new top of the range Bosch integrated washer drier. Got a very good price saving approximately £300 on best price anywhere on the internet. When I rang the Logistics company to arrange delivery they couldn’t find any record of it, so feel I’d been scammed rang New Life Appliances. The guy (Mitch) took the details and said he would look into it including contacting the Logistics company and get back to me within half an hour. It only took him 5 mins to come back and tell me he had sorted it out with them and they would ring me within the hour to arrange a suitable delivery day and time. That they did and it arrived on time and in good order. I’ve now installed it and it’s running beautifully. Thanks to all at New Life Appliances especially Mitch for not only providing a brilliant product and good delivery but excellent customer service. I recommend them to everyone.
Recently Bought a Tumble Dryer and Washing Machine last November 2015. Both were to spec and decent machines at great prices. The tumble dryer belt broke but because they give a 12 month warranty I was able to call up, set a date and get it fixed. Engineer was on time, with all the kit needed, fixed the machine and was away. Getting a good deal is one thing but knowing when it goes wrong they will promptly fix it, well that's fantastic! Also nice and polite on the phone as well. Very Happy.
