“What an excellent service Gary provides! We used Complete Cover for our civil partnership party. We hired cutlery, dinner plates, dessert plates and four different types of glass for 100 people. Delivered to and collected from our door, no washing up. It made the day so much easier. Highly recommend to anyone!”

“Staff in store are helpful and while you can no longer explore their five basements of back stock, ask if you're looking for something specific and they will do all they can to help you find it. Keep checking back as stock changes every few days. Keep in mind if you have it delivered staff are volunteers and it might show up with an extra scratch and unassembled, if that bothers you it's best to arrange your own collection.”

We had a lot of building work done in prep for the newly designed kitchen and every tradesman who did work for us commented on the quality of the units and this coming from other tradesmen said alot for Long Eaton Kitchens and only confirmed to us we had made the right decision. The end result is absolutely beautiful and has made a huge difference to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.”

The EE store is exceptional - would always recommend going into store to speak with the team there for any issues and they always get you great deals on phones. They're also super honest and let you know how much data you are actually likely to need rather than always upselling to maximum contracts. Store manager is very friendly - even when busy and he's juggling three different customers at once he's on it. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Went in to enquire about Instax cameras and photo printers, not knowing a great deal about them. We got greeted really promptly by Aaron, and from there on in his customer service was impeccable. Felt like we were talking to a friend rather than someone at a tech store. He ran us through what they had in store and even gave us options of other brands to look at online that they didn’t have in stock. After a casual chat about life and travel we left the store and went to do some more research on the alternatives Aaron had given us. After a brief Google search regarding the quality of the brand we were looking at we had no hesitation in turning around to go back to the store to speak to Aaron and purchase the printer from him. Aaron if you see this, you’re a legend and enjoy the cruise mate !!”

“Hassan delivered excellent customer service. He found me a new phone and sim straight away -which was £15 than what my provider at the time could offer.
