They agreed to sell an oak wall unit for me instead of buying it. Sold it but I didn't see any cash. Would get zero points if possible

My grandma purchased a sofa from this company. She paid for delivery and set a date for the morning. As the morning rolled by no sofa and no call, my grandma became quite worried so we rang around multi numbers we find on the Internet for these guys which most where not answered. When my grandma finally got through she was made aware that there had been an issue (which was out of the companies control). But the only issue is that when my grandma shared that her sofa was outside and she had nothing to sit on and that she had terminal cancer so it was not great. The guy on the phone said "well all of the other customer I called understood" in a sarcy voice (keep it in mind he never bothered to call and update my grandma) I feel it was very cold and unprofessional. Her sofa wasn't delivered until around 5 o'clock that evening. I will add an extra star as the sofa was extremely well priced and in great condition. Also they collected my grandma's old sofa and dropped it off at her sons.
Very bad customer service. I found a wooden garden seat in the shop, it has a tag of £130 and they refused to bring the price down , so I bought it. when I went home and after searching online I found out that the exact same seat new boxed and delivered is sold for £89 from Aldi and other shops. I called the next day to try to return the seat but they refused completely. Never use this shop again.
Genuinely can't praise them enough. They did a house clearance at short notice when my mum passed so I could go home quickly. The lads who came turned up when they said they would, were polite and friendly and never stopped working. Really good, would not hesitate to recommend.
Bought 2 pine wardrobes good price and delivered same day thank you will be back.
Forced my partner with our 3 year old son on a push bike to a stop as the van you use to drive about nearly hit them instead of waiting for the room to move around them safely .
I bought a set of draws only had two weeks found didn't need them so phoned up and was given low price to sell them back but didn't turn up to collect didn't answer calls went into shop arranged another day for pick up and again didn't turn up tried to call but not answering phone very disappointed with service received will not use these again
Cant believe these folk have had a negative review like that for an hours delay. I was homeless, got a housing association bungalow allocated but didnt know when for. When I review the place and accepted it, I contacted Michael?, a real nice fella, sorted out a shopping list, virtually every thing I needed, for a pittance and all top stuff. A a+"+ washer, an a+ fridge freezer, a beautiful double divan with brand new mattress,,etc.. in fact almost all furniture I needed to furnish my one bedroom bungalow for next to nothing.....what a shop but best of all, his two lads, sorry cant call you workers, these lads loaded up during their lunch break, delivered and installed a truck full so they could fit in a second run that day. And the next morning, the dynamic dual....I bet your thinking came and cooked me breakfast...wrong...the next morning they came early and delivered a couple of small things they had forgotten before...prize winning muppets...so please I went into shark infested water of College Street to that Aladdin's cave. You want furniture, that's where to go and if you need the dynamic duo to help, take a bag of monkey nuts...oops, sorry lads.
