   Had my washing machine delivered today which i ordered 2 days ago on the telephone this was to replace one i purchased many years ago from them. They had my details on record and sent me the same spec. They delivered and installed on promised delivery time with a professional fitter.    Absolutely - without doubt - the very best service from Sachin and his team. We replaced a fridge-freezer, which we had purchased there 8 years ago (it is still working well and is now in situ in the garage) with the same model (although there are additional benefits incorporated into this new appliance). The price was excellent, the assistance in the store was genuinely helpful. The delivery and fitting was on time and the team dealing with it were respectful of our property, cheerful and efficient. I had problems later filling in the registration online, and I was invited back into the shop, where it was completed by Sachin for me. I highly recommend this company for value, good-old-fashioned service and follow-up, and I wish them well.

   Visited Sachin soon after the second lockdown after being totally ignore by local Euronics to find the service exceptional. Needed an integrated fridge freezer which I was told is in stock and was delivered and very professionally installed by his staff. Last week I had the same experience. Ordered a washing machine which amazingly Sachin came to delivery and install himself with a couple of men as his regular delivery men were unavailable. That’s true commitment which is rare today. As personal service is getting rare these days it’s really important to support businesses like Jyotsna. You don’t pay any more but get better service.HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thank you Sachin

   I'll start by saying the store owner's responsiveness is 10 outta 10, but I'm having an absolutely terrible experience regarding the wash machine I was recommended and sold, following two months of waiting for it to come in stock. Since it was forcibly installed at the beginning of October, I've had problems and I'm chasing daily either the handyman the shop owner recommended, or the warranty of the product. Handyman tells me it should have never been installed the way it was, the Beko warranty fixes leak with a glue gun and now the machine drum sounds like a drum set. Just off the phone again to report it to the warranty, and I'm interrogated as if I have caused the issue. At this moment I'm out of pocket the money I've paid for the machine, and it being installed wrong, as well as £150 for the handyman to "reinstall", and no doubt when the engineer comes to look at he machine again next week they'll hit me with another bill should they think the issue is in fact because of the handy work. All a real shame as me and my neighbour have given the shop over 2k pounds worth of business in the past 6 months.
